Delivery throughout France without pallets and direct unloading at the customer's location.

The parts are packed in a wooden crate, accompanied by the assembly manual, which ensures efficient transport.
Below you will find all the general information and conditions regarding the delivery and installation services offered by COVERPRO .
Means of transport

Packaging
- High-quality packaging with multi-layered protection
- Edge protection (external profiles) and corner protection → minimizing the risk of deterioration
- Traditional transport without pallets, directly to the customer → cost reduction
- Highly visible labels with reference numbers on all segments → faster identification
📞 Communication
- Precise information on the weight and other parameters of the shelter
- Communication of the loading date and estimated arrival time
- Load tracking and phone notification in case of changes
⬇️ Unloading
- Unloading is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Recommendations provided regarding the number of people needed
- Checking the labels to ensure all modules are unloaded
- Immediate quality control is mandatory: report any defects in writing on the delivery note + send a copy and photos by email
- Secure storage prior to installation is the responsibility of the buyer.
Facility
- Experienced factory installers
- 2 to 3 people depending on the size of the shelter
- Installation date confirmed by prior agreement
Important: Installation planning depends on many factors (size, complexity, site conditions, etc.). Installation may take place a few days after unloading.
Modification
Modifying or postponing a delivery already arranged by COVERPRO is possible up to 3 working days before the scheduled loading date.
⚠️ In this case, a fee of €100 per shelter will be applied.
Cancelation
Free cancellation is accepted up to 3 business days before the scheduled loading date.
⚠️ After this period, we charge 50% of the shelter transport cost .
⚠️ Unloading failed
If unloading fails due to the fault of the partner (reseller/buyer) – inaccessible address, lack of staff or absence of suitable equipment (forklift, crane) – and the shelter must be returned:
- Billing of the return cost as defined by the carrier
- A second delivery will be billed according to the price list.
⏱️ Unloading delay
In the event of a delay of more than 2 hours attributable to the buyer, COVERPRO will charge €120/additional hour .
📍 Incorrect address
If the delivery needs to be redirected immediately to another address, a fee of €1.60/km between the two addresses will be applied.
